- This property does not have cable, but guests can sign into their personal streaming accounts on the Smart TV.
- Parking: Carport/under the house (1 vehicle), free street parking on Whilden St (50 yards away), NO parking along white fence.
- For all the pickleball fans, there is a local court 5min walk from the house called Mariam Brown Pickleball Courts - free for anyone and matches are held Monday - Saturday 7-10am.
