Beautiful stay- comfortable and spacious common areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Condo with immediate beach access and lovely paved boardwalk for morning strolls to see the sunrise. Pictures do not do the place justice. Excellent amenities with great kitchen facilities and abundance of towels. Lovely to come home after long adventurous days to home cooked meals. We stayed here as a couple but could have easily fit our kids as an easier stay than a hotel. Resort had a wonderful hot tub and pool, laundry, hammocks and sports courts. The north and south were each 40-1:15 min away depending on traffic and we discovered beautiful local beaches within 15 min drive. Wailua falls and kayaking were close. Highly recommend!!

This was a very disappointing Vrbo experience. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and when the toilet flushes or people are upstairs walking, it’s unbearable The noise it sounds like torrential rain when the toilet flushes and elephants are upstairs stomping when they are walking. We couldn’t sleep. We couldn’t relax. Kapa Beach is not anywhere close to a swimming beach and although our ground level balcony had an amazing view of a beautiful ocean, the noise above us, made it really hard to relax and enjoy the serene views. We asked the people at front desk main lobby. If they could let the people above us know how horribly insulated this place was maybe they would be a little quieter if they only knew how much we could hear everything they did or said furniture moving balls bouncing. The response we got was quiet hours are from 10 to 8. If you have a problem call between this hours. We ended up booking a different room for the rest of our stay at the at Marriott resort just so we could have a place to sleep in quiet for the night. Not a good experience at all not worth the money. The location isn’t great I wouldn’t recommend.

Magical Honeymoom

My husband and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon and it was amazing! the location was perfect and the property itself was clean, equipped and made it feel like home. We enjoyed the local shops/restaurants we could walk to and of course the private beach just steps away. We definitely will be staying here in the future when we come back!

We all enjoyed the location of this property. The condo was well stocked with linens, water toys, beach chairs and more. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything one would need.

Great Location in Kauai

Very well appointed and clean condo in Kauai. We appreciated all the beach gear! Nice central location and we enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants. We rented bikes one morning and road the boardwalk; very beautiful ride!

Great sunrise!

We’ve stayed at 3 different locations in Kauai and we loved being able to see the sunrise from our bed and living room! Being so close to the beach and walking trail we’re nice too. I also enjoyed reading in the hammocks that are right outside the room.

Spring break with family

Perfect location- close to shops and restaurants, short drive to grocery store. In between north and south shore so easy drive each way. Property itself was perfect for a family of four. Gorgeous sunrise every morning, long bike trail was perfect for long walks while watching the whales. When we come back our family agreed we will stay here again.

The condo has many amenities, beds were comfortable. Sunrise views were great. There was no cabinet to put food into without rearranging some dishes. We would stay here again.

I have so many good things to say about this unit, I hardly know where to start! It was spotlessly clean. Beds have toppers making them very comfortable. The unit is exceedingly well-equipped from the kitchen (with every appliance, utensil, and dishware item) to extra pillows, towels, beach chairs, sports equipment, etc. Everything you could need. It’s also quite roomy with large bathrooms and closets. The location is fantastic as Kapaa is central for trips to both the north and south sides of the island. And the unit itself is situated with direct ocean views and a few steps from a sandy beach. The only thing I wish they had was an in-unit washer and dryer, but the laundry is just a few steps away and we never had to wait to use it. Plus, the price point for all you get makes up for that. We had a great time here!!

While we made good use of the property’s pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts, we mostly enjoyed the convenience of the short walk to great local restaurants like Fish Bar Deli. The condo is a short drive from the airport and kayaking Wailua River.Everything else we wanted to do was within a 30 minute drive.

Great Place!

Four of us were quite comfortable in this lovely condo. It had all the things one would want and lots more- like beach chairs, boggy boards, coolers, spices etc. If you are an early riser you will love the sun rises. Have fun.

Vacation in Kapaa

The Condo was amazing, with a beautiful view of the ocean. We loved being on the ground level unit. It was wonderful to just walk out from our back door to the beach. The condo is well stocked with pretty much anything you need to enjoy the Island with. Only thing that is a negative, our neighbors above us was extremely noisy. Loved our stay and will definitely book again.

Great Stay

The location of this condo is great for sunrise viewing and relaxing. The area directly in front of the condo is not a beach for swimming but there are beaches short walks in either direction. The condo has been remodeled and is very nice and comfortable. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards etc…Would give this condo more than 5 stars if I could!

Lovely Property in Convenient Location

This property has been renovated and has newer furniture and dish, pots and pans as well. Air conditioning works well and is a welcomed option when very hot and humid. You are located just a short walk to the ocean with a beautiful view. The condo complex is well cared for and convenient to shops, restaurants and groceries.
