The Space:

This professionally decorated home in South Palm Desert has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Every bedroom has an upgraded luxury King mattress and brand new 50" Samsung Smart TV. The main bedroom is a spacious luxury suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, large walk in closet and separate access to the private backyard. Two more bedrooms in the home each have king beds, dressers and generous closet space. The second bathroom has a tub/shower and an abundance of natural light from the built in skylight. Guests have full access to an upgraded washer and dryer inside of the home.

The large kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with expansive counter space and cabinetry, as well as upgraded Bosch and Subzero Appliances. Well-equipped for cooking at home, the kitchen has an abundance of dishes and flatware, pots & pans, and small appliances such as a food processor, crock pot, blender, toaster, Kitchenaid mixer, Keurig coffee maker, and drip coffee maker.

The dining area has a beautiful dining table that seats 6 comfortably as well as a crystal chandelier, providing a luxurious dining ambiance.

The living area has a 65" Samsung Frame TV turning the living room into a prestigious art gallery or sensational theater experience. The large luxurious Arhaus sectional can comfortably accommodate an entire family or a group of friends. Just below the tv, enjoy a cozy and romantic gas fireplace.

Step outside into an ultra-private backyard surrounded by 20 foot Hollywood hedges with your own exclusive saltwater pool and spa with tranquil water features. Enjoy multiple entertaining zones outside as well as a 55" outdoor Samsung TV as well as a Weber propane grill. Dine outside overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard, soak up the sun in one of the loungers or take a plunge in the refreshing saltwater pool.

Spa heating is included in this rental from 6PM-10PM nightly. If you would like the pool heated for your stay or extra hours for the spa heating, there is an additional fee associated and management must be notified at least 24 hours prior to check in.
