Welcome to your Loveland`s Lakeside Lodge! This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is perfect for relaxing weekends with loved ones. Just steps from Lake Loveland and Veterans Park and about a mile from downtown’s restaurants, breweries, and shops, you’ll be close to everything. Inside, enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for nights in and a comfortable living room to unwind. Dogs are welcome when added to the reservation guest list. You`re only steps away from Lake Loveland and 100 feet away is Veterans park with a playground, basketball court and tennis court. Downtown Loveland is less than a mile away. One of our favorite spots is “The Foundry”, which has a movie theatre, outdoor entertainment space with live music and restaurants.

The home has recently been updated top to bottom offering high end finishes throughout. West Elm Furniture, Pottery Barn Linens, All Clad Kitchen accessories + much more! Smart TVs in both the Living Room and Primary Bedroom.

Laundry Room has a washer and dryer for your convenience (laundry soap is provided).
The kitchen comes complete with everything you could need including drip coffee which is provided.

The back patio is fully fenced but small. Plenty of seating out there for the family and just enough space for your pups.

Community Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m - 8:00 a.m - No parties or pets - No smoking - Unauthorized late checkouts or early check ins will be charged $50 for the first hour, and checkouts past 12:00 p.m will incur a fee equal to the rate of the following nights rate. Please no parties or events. A $50 charge per night will be added per person beyond 6 guests. By booking, you acknowledge a charge of $250 or more will be incurred for any smoking violation in the property or for any damages, pets or additional cleaning.
