Beautiful condo with wonderful amenities! Host was responsive and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay on the island.

The grounds for the facility were great. The host Ryson gave me problems. The toilet in the master was not working. I called on Friday and someone didn’t show up until Saturday. He sea I’d it was fixed and then later Saturday evening. It still wasn’t working.Diamond Beach Resorts gets 5 out of 5 they were great.

The condo was beautifully furnished and the facilities were perfect for our family. We did not realize that there were no window treatments, so the sunrise was very bright in the morning while my child tried to sleep. The guest room tv never worked and reached out to the property manager, but no one showed up. Additionally only four bath towels were provided for four people, we would have preferred a couple more towels.

When we arrived, we found most of the outdoor furniture in the living room and not on the balcony. We then found that there was no wine opener or laundry detergent. The toilet in the primary bedroom kept running, so I lifted the tank lid and saw that it was broken. I could stop the toilet from running and allow the tank to fill by manually closing the tank drain. The toilet paper holder in the master bath was in pieces. I called Ryson to report the toilet, wine opener and laundry detergent issues and got a recording saying I’d reached the after hours team and if I wanted to speak to a person to press 1. I pressed 1 and got the same message. There are no instructions for the tv in the living room, which has a Vizio remote, a Sony remote, two Xfinity remotes and an Insignia remote. We found a half-inch piece of broken dark glass in front of the dishwasher and a dirty cookie sheet in a kitchen cabinet. There are no drapes in the living room, which makes for toasty bright mornings and people in the pool can see you 24/7. I received an email reply from Ryson saying they would send someone to fix the toilet and would have someone bring a wine opener, but that they don’t supply laundry detergent. By the time we checked out the next morning the condo still didn’t have a wine opener and the master toilet was still broken.
