This houseboat features an open space including a queen bed, kitchenette, TV, bath with shower, couch that pulls out to a full size bed, screened in front area for seating to watch activities or just relax while viewing passer bys and nature, walk path for fishing, kayaks and a firepit on shore.



Set the Caddo vibe for a great getaway! Docked right in the middle of all the Caddo activities and located right next to Johnsons Ranch Marina for gas (boat), drinks and some fishing needs. Also, just a hop skip and a jump to the Outpost for some quick stop groceries or good eats. Don't forget the small boat or car ride to Shady Glade just a frog hop away for some great breakfast or lunch if you don't want to cook!
