Our spacious 4 bd, 4 ba, 2600 sqft single family home is located in Granby, Colorado at the Grand Elk Golf Course. Featuring a hot tub, back patio with firepit, front porch with mountain views, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, two car garage, and upstairs loft with sleeper sofa.
1-min drive to Golf Course. 25-min to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, 8-min to Ski Granby and 15-min to Hot Sulphur Hot Springs. Sleeps 12. Dog and kid-friendly. 5-min walk to Lift Bus Stop.
The space
Bedroom 1/Bathroom 1-King size bed, sitting chair, television, closet, alarm clock/wireless phone charger, dresser, desk, walk in closet, celling fan and carpet. Private bathroom with walk in shower. Located on second floor.
Bedroom 2/Bathroom 2- Two queen size beds, desk, television, ceiling fan, alarm clock/wireless phone charger, walk in closet with dresser, sliding glass door to the patio, hardwood floor. Private bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Located on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 3/ Bathroom 3- Queen size bed, sitting chair, television, closet, alarm clock/wireless phone charger, dresser, celling fan, and hardwood floor. Access to the main floor bathroom with bath/shower combo. Located on the first floor.
Bedroom 4/Bathroom 4 – Twin over full bunk bed, television, alarm clock/wireless phone charger, walk in closet (kid toys & games), celling fans, carpet. Private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. Located on the second floor
Living Room- Television, reclining sectional sofa, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, game cabinet, hardwood floor.
Dining Room- Large table with 8 chairs, hardwood floor.
Kitchen- Granite countertops, black stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot, storage cabinets, island with 4 stools, hardwood floor. Located on the second floor.
Loft- Queen sleeper sofa, television, ceiling fan, desk, sitting chair
Front Deck- couch, rockers
Patio- Hot tub, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, 6 person dining table, gas grill
Garage- Parking for two vehicle and storage space for bikes, kayaks, ski/snowboard gear etc.
Washer/Dryer- Located on the first floor.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except for two locked closets, second refrigerator in laundry room, two upper cabinets in the kitchen.
Other things to note
There is no air conditioning in the home.
Near City Market, Starbucks, Dominos, Subway, McDonalds and liquor store.
Trash company comes and retrieves the trash from the garage on Mondays between 7-8 am. They have access to the gargage.
For security purposes, the exterior of the house has cameras recording audio/video.
Parking- We have three spots to park. In driveway in front of the townhouse, in the detached garage, and in the driveway in front of the detached garage. Street parking is not allowed in front of the townhouses and detached garages. There is additional overflow parking north West of the detached garages. Our HOA does not allow storage of RVs, Campers, Boats or Snowmobiles for over 48 hours.
Stairs- Our home is two stories. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the second floor. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor. There are stiars to access the front door and garage.
We are dog-friendly, if you are allergic to dogs, this is probably not the right property for your vacation.
General Rules
-Guests of more than 12 ARE NOT permitted.
-Smoking anywhere on the property IS NOT
permitted.
-No parties
- No illegal drugs
-Quiet Hours are from 9 pm- 7 am. Please respect
our neighbors.
-Guests MUST leave all skis, ski boots, snowboards,
boots etc. in the garage
-Guests MUST make sure the trash company can
access the trash can in the garage on Mondays between approximately 7-8 am. Our trash company has the access code and will come
open the garage to retrieve the trash.
-Do not burn any candles in the property.
-Guests must follow current Grand County fire
restrictions.
Hot Tub Rules
-No glass or food in the hot tub
-Limit alcohol use
-No jumping
-Max tempature is 104 degrees
-Supervise children at all times
-Replace cover when not in use
Pet Rules
-Guests must pay a dog fee of $100 per stay
-Maximum of 1 dog
-Only dogs under 75lbs are allowed
-Dogs must be housetrained and well behaved (not
aggressive, no barking or howling)
-Dogs may not be left unattended in the house
unless they are left in a crate. We have one crate
located in the garage. Guests must provide their
own crate bedding
-Dogs should not be left unattended outside
-Dogs are not allowed on any furniture. We have an
elevated dog bed in the garage that can be used
-Guests must pick up all dog poop outside
-Guests is responsible for covering any damage
caused by dog
-Dogs must be leashed
