Enjoy 1,245 sq. ft. of comfort with marble floors and a fully furnished open-concept design. The kitchen features Italian cabinetry, granite countertops, and full appliances, including a cooktop and oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, washer, and dryer.
The condo is stocked with everything you need for a seamless stay: towels, linens, cookware, a dining set, and more. Free high-speed WiFi and cable are included.
Sleeping Arrangements:
- Master bedroom: King-size bed
- Second bedroom: Queen-size bed
Location Highlights:
Conveniently close to restaurants, pharmacies, parks, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour Shops, and both Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports.

The building is currently undergoing renovations, and access to the pool and balcony is temporarily unavailable. However, our association has arranged for guests to enjoy the state-of-the-art pool at the Newport building next door. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

This luxury condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 adult guests and features a strict NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, and NO EVENTS policy to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful environment.
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM.
During your stay, you'll have full access to our exceptional amenities including complimentary valet parking, a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool and jacuzzi, beach towel service, and access to our lounge room and children's play area. Four complimentary towel cards will be provided for your beach and pool use
- please remember to leave these in the unit upon checkout as a $50 fee per card will be charged for any missing cards.
Additionally, you'll enjoy premium beach services including chairs and umbrellas, along with access to our party room.

Parking: $10 one-time fee per decal for the entire stay.

The building requires background checks for all guests 18+.
Application Fee: $100 per adult (married couples pay $100 total) via "Tenant Evaluation" website
Submission Deadline: Within 48 hours of booking
Approval Time: Please allow up to 14 days for processing
Resident IDs: $25 per adult (payable at building management office upon arrival)
Important Reminders
✓ Complete your building application immediately after booking
✓ Approval is required before check-in
