Step into history at this fully renovated 1850 home with 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, and timeless architectural details. Perfect for groups, it features a 50’ x 25’ pool, large hot tub (coming soon, check in with us on when it becomes available!), and a beautiful 4-acre yard for relaxation and play. Located in the heart of the Berkshires, our Cheshire home is just minutes from the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail, scenic hikes, and a short drive to Jiminy Peak, Williamstown, Pittsfield, and MASS MoCA.

This is a fully renovated historic home in Cheshire, MA with 6 bedrooms (one ensuite) and 2 shared bathrooms. There's a fully stocked kitchen, a large dining area with fireplace, two living-room areas (one with fireplace), a private office, and ample space for everyone's comfort.

You can have fun in the huge 50' x 25' pool outside (with a 4 ft shallow end and a 10 ft deep end). Ideal for families and groups!

Parking: Up to 3 vehicles can be parked along the left side of the house, and up to 6 vehicles can fit along the U-shaped drive depending on how they're laid out. So, paking is available for up to 9 vehicles in total!

Driveway: Our driveway is flat, packed dirt. However we do recommend 4WD to drive in the area, and winter tires for the snow!

Pets: Pups are welcome with a $100 plus tax for one dog, $150 plus tax for two pups, and $200 plus tax for three. If you plan on bringing more than three pups, please reach out to us as additional approval may be required. We ask that dogs are kept on a leash while outside the property and about the neighborhood, for everyone's comfort. Please remember to clean up after your pets and mind that additional fees for pup-related damages may apply! Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Finally, unfortunately we cannot host cats or other furry animals due to potential allergy issues.

Heat and air conditioning: There's steam radiators for heat and AC window units at the house. Please mind that both heating and cooling are seasonal. The 2 fireplaces are available in the winter only. We typically leave a few logs to get you started!

Outdoor pool: The pool typically opens after Memorial Day and closes around mid October. Please mind that pool availability may change, depending on weather conditions!

Coffee maker: There's a 12-cup drip pot coffee maker at the house.

Strict no smoking, no parties, no fireworks. Please mind the noise ordinance in Town is 10 PM. Other house rules will be on arrival guide.

Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler's insurance.
