Welcome to Mariners Landing Residence, a Smith Mountain Lake condo that completed a full, high-end remodel in December 2025. Stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated, this residence offers access to all Mariners Landing amenities while providing a calm, refined place to unwind.
Thoughtfully designed and beautifully finished, this Huddleston condo blends elevated style with everyday comfort. Every detail has been intentionally considered to create a space that feels welcoming yet polished—perfect for slowing down, reconnecting, and truly unwinding.
The serene primary suite features a luxurious Ashland King bed in Indigo, paired with a Nectar mattress and comfort-select pillows for five-star, hotel-level sleep night after night. A second designer-appointed bedroom also offers a King bed, providing equal comfort for guests and seamless access to the shared living spaces. Both bedrooms are outfitted with 50" Smart TVs, blending modern convenience with a calm, cohesive aesthetic.

Clean, clean, clean! We enjoyed our stay. The condo was sparkling clean, updated, and the beds were comfortable. Loved being on the main level. Everything was as stated, pools were nice, and so convenient to have an onsite restaurant that you could order to go from. Our stay was very nice ! The condo was decorated cute and it was clean. We loved the glass sunroom it has a great view of the lake. The beds were comfortable and the place was stocked with coffee and teas . It was easy to get intoand it was on the main floor . Love the fact that there is a starbucks in the building and a nice restaurant . The outdoor pool was nice too! The host was easy to contact . The only thing I would add to the place is a sign in book where you can write about staying there where your from etc. most of the places we've stayed have these . We had a great 2 night stay and would stay there again . We didn't have a pet and I don't usually choose pet friendly places but there was no sign or smell that animals were welcome sothat was great !

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the decor, beautiful view, and especially the comfort of the furnishings during your extended stay. We truly put a lot of thought into creating an elevated space for our guests. We also appreciate you letting us know about the stove oven and dishwasher issues during your stay. Since replacing the breakers, we have had no further issues reported by guests and everything has been working great moving forward. This Condo was exactly what the description and photos showed...lots of new upgrades and special touches! The bathrooms are roomy and gorgeous and the cute kitchen had everything you could possibly need! Comfortable seating in the living area with a cute breakfast nook. But my favorite thing, by far, was the view! I loved relaxing on the porch with a cup of coffee...sliding windows open enjoying the view & breeze! What a perfect weekend!

Very nice property. Exceeded our expectations. My Westie loved the sun room with the windows. She could people watch. The host was very courteous and answered any questions I had. The amenities at the condo were great. The pool and the lake were great.

Great place to stay. Nice, clean, a lot of amenities - 2 pools, gym, basketball court and more. You get access to everything! Great restaurant onsite. Quiet, beautiful place!
