The home features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own spa-inspired ensuite bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. The master suite is a true sanctuary, complete with a cozy fireplace, luxurious ensuite with double sinks, spa shower featuring dual shower heads on opposite walls, and a freestanding soaking tub set beneath forest-facing windows. It also boasts a private terrace with two resort-style loungers, perfect for morning coffee or sunbathing.

The guest bedrooms are equally refined and thoughtfully designed, each with a queen bed and additional sleeper sofa. The main floor bedroom sleeps three (2 adults and 1 child) with a queen bed and daybed, while the two lower-level bedrooms each sleep four (2 adults and 2 children). With flexible sleeping arrangements, the home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests (maximum 8 adults and 5 children). Perfect for up to 2-3 families.

The adjacent dining area and outdoor spaces are ideal for lively shared meals with your group, including the expansive main terrace, which features an L-shaped outdoor sofa, dining table for 8, and gas bbq (direct connection to the gas line).

Footwear

No outside shoes beyond the mud/ski room.

Guest Limit is 13, maximum. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No unapproved visitors or gatherings.

No Parties or Events. This home is intended for quiet enjoyment only. Parties or events are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors. Smoking is not allowed inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please use ashtrays and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Under no circumstances should they be disposed of in the forest or on the ground.

Food & Beverage Policy. To help keep the home in beautiful condition for all guests, we kindly ask that meals be enjoyed in the designated dining areas only.

If you’re traveling with children, please ensure that food and drinks (aside from water) remain within the kitchen, dining room, or the terrace dining area. For adults, we ask that meals not be consumed on the white sofa in the living room, and that extra care be taken when enjoying light snacks or beverages in the living and cinema rooms.

Cleanliness & Damage

Please treat the home with care. Any damage or extra cleaning required due to spills, stains, or food violations will be charged to the guest.

Garbage & Recycling

Trash must be taken to the large receptacles provided by the development which are located at the stop sign 200 metres from the house. For larger items, please use the bins at the bottom of the hill at the 3-way stop.

No Moving Furniture or Décor

Kindly leave all furnishings and artwork as you found them. Rearranging items may result in damage and additional charges.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in advance.
Security

Exterior security cameras are in place for your safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

Please keep doors locked when not in use.
