Welcome to the heart of the best that downtown Charlottesville has to offer! This 1945 home has been restored with love and is the perfect home base to explore the city from. Three bedrooms (including a first-floor bedroom with en suite bathroom), two new tiled bathrooms, and an updated kitchen will have you enjoying life`s little luxuries in between your adventures in C-Ville! The house is just a 5-minute walk to the downtown mall, and a 15-minute walk to UVA. Available for rentals of 30+ days.

We have put so much thought and love and time into renovating our historic home and we are excited to share it with you! We have tried to create a relaxing oasis of comfort and calm, while thinking through every detail to ensure an experience that will live on as part of your fond memories of Charlottesville, the city we love so much! We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Fifeville is a vibrant, diverse, friendly, and perfectly situated neighborhood of Charlottesville. Only a block off of Main St., the house is walking distance to anything you might need -- restaurants, shops, groceries, bars, movie theaters, concert halls, and more! It is only a 5-minute walk to the downtown mall, and about 15 minutes to UVA or the hospital.

The location of this house is amazing for walkability. Bus and trolley stops are only a block away, parking is free around the house, and Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful and close by as well!

Parking at the house is street parking only, being so close to downtown. There are no permits required and ample free street parking all around the house -- but the house does not have its own dedicated parking spot.

Well-behaved pets are permitted for an extra fee of $100/month.

Security Hold Notice

Please note for reservations booked and paid for through VRBO, a $500 temporary hold will be placed on the credit card on file prior to checkout in place of a traditional security deposit.

This is not a charge—it is simply a temporary authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 4 days after your departure, provided no damages or issues are reported.

If anything is identified after your stay that may require using a portion of the hold, we will contact you directly before any charges are processed.
