Spacious 8-bedroom villa in lovely Kissimmee with AC, fitness center

I’m truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially during the holidays, which I understand can be a stressful and meaningful time for families. I’d like to gently clarify a few points for accuracy. Your group arrived later than the initially communicated arrival time, and I waited at the property to personally ensure you were able to check in comfortably. I departed approximately 18 minutes after your arrival and later returned briefly only to leave garbage bags outside the door. Prior to arrival, I clearly communicated that the out door pool completely accessible to use it, coming to the pool screen doors which is leading to the outside of property was limited. This decision was made solely for safety and security reasons, due to recent local break-ins and to prevent wildlife such as lizards or crawling creatures entering to the pool area from the outside. This measure was not intended to restrict guest use or cause inconvenience. which was disclosed before check-in. Cleanliness and guest comfort are always a priority, and I regret if anything did not meet expectations. I would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns during the stay had they been communicated at that time. Regarding pricing, I respectfully declined the discount request, as holiday rates were clearly stated and agreed upon at the time of booking. I apologize for any misunderstandings and appreciate your feedback. Thank you !!
