Please note: The home can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests in total, including infants!

The Space

Tucked within the gated community of Indian Mountain Lakes in Albrightsville, PA, this thoughtfully designed 5-bedroom retreat (2,500 sq ft) offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. Just a short 3-minute walk to the lake, it’s an ideal setting for peaceful morning strolls or taking in the quiet beauty of a Pocono sunset.

Guest Access

~Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival (or upon request) for a seamless start to your stay.

~The home features secure electronic door locks for easy entry. A personalized door code will be provided automatically, typically 2 hours before check-in time (earlier if arranged).

~Guests have full access to the entire home, along with all outdoor amenities, which are available year-round.

~Automated check-in instructions will also be sent 24 hours before arrival, so you’ll have everything you need ahead of time.

Before departure, checkout instructions will be shared automatically at 2:00 PM the day before checkout to make the process smooth and simple.

Other Things to Note

Important House & HOA Rules

~This is a gated community, and guest information must be submitted at least 2 days prior to arrival.

~The Indian Mountain Lake Civic Association (IML) requires a $62.37 rental fee per reservation. This fee is collected separately from your booking.

~A late fee will apply if registration is not completed on time (excluding Friday–Sunday).

~For smooth entry, the driver must present a valid driver’s license and the vehicle’s registration. Without these, access to the community will not be permitted.

Community Amenity Wristbands (Effective June 10, 2025)

Wristbands are now required for access to pools, beaches, and other community amenities.

Cost: $10 per wristband, per person, valid for your entire stay.

Wristbands can be purchased at the Clubhouse or pre-ordered through us for your convenience (pre-ordered wristbands are picked up at the 534 Gate House).

Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn while using amenities.

We’re happy to assist with pre-orders if you’d like to arrange them before arrival.

Property Notes

~Grills & Fire Pits: We do our best to ensure propane is available, but it cannot be guaranteed. If tanks are empty, you may refill and provide a receipt for reimbursement (please replace existing tanks rather than buying new ones).

~Nature & Wildlife: While our property has year-round pest control, you may notice occasional harmless insects. It’s also common to see black bears in the area. They are generally shy—please secure food and trash, and they’ll keep their distance.

~Sauna: Fully functional and ready for use, though the surrounding area is undergoing improvements. Some work materials are stored neatly in the garage, but no construction will take place during your stay.

~Backyard Materials: Supplies for future maintenance may be stored on-site. These will not interfere with your stay.

Hot Tub Notice

~We maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards. At times, the hot tub may need to be drained, cleaned, and refilled between guests for health and safety.

~If this occurs, please note it may take until the evening of your first night (or slightly longer in cold weather) for the water to fully reheat.

~This process is only done when absolutely necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Additional Policies

Primary renter must be 25 years or older.

Pet Fee: $75 per animal.

Early Check-in: $25/hour, up to 2 hours in advance.

Late Check-out: $25/hour, up to 2 hours after departure.
