House Rules and Policies

Swimming Pool (if available) & Other House Rules:
The swimming pool can be used only until 12 am in the night as after that the cleaning and sanitization of the pool will happen.
Only proper swimming attire will be allowed in the swimming pool. Do not enter with shoes/ regular clothes.
Please use the outdoor shower before entering the pool.
Pool is unsupervised – you are advised to exercise extreme care when using the Swimming Pool facilities and swim at your own risk.
Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at The Property or whilst using its facilities.
Pets are not allowed inside the swimming pool and the kitchen. Any exception will attract a charge of INR 10000/-.
No smoking and or food is to be consumed inside the pool. Any exception will attract a charge of INR 5000/-.
Water is the only drink allowed in a plastic bottle inside the pool.
There have been times when people have broken a glass in the pool and the Caretaker, as well as guests, were badly hurt while cleaning.
Please don't step on the overflow grating of the pool as it's not capable of taking load and someone might get hurt.
Alcohol not to be consumed in the pool and any usage of glass or bottles not permitted inside the swimming pool.
Bringing any live performers, Entertainers, Dancers to the property is not allowed. You will have to do the check-out right at the moment, when we get to know about that.
Any illegal activity, including use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is not permitted. Proper legal action will be taken against any such activity.
No guest should move out after 11pm and before 6am. Doors will not be open for anyone, in between 11pm to 6am.
DJs/loud music that disturbs neighbours is not permitted at the property (Maintain the sanctity of the surroundings).
As there are families staying in neighbouring properties, request you to maintain noise and music to reasonable levels throughout your stay. Very soft music post 10 PM.
Smoking will be restricted to only outdoor areas. Please throw cigarettes in dustbins and not on the lawn.
By receiving this email confirmation you acknowledge and agree to all the house rules. If you have any questions/queries, please reach out to us in advance.

Security:
The farm/villa is fenced from all sides and has a caretaker at the premises at all times. Please ensure all bedroom doors and common doors are bolted/latched before sleeping at night.


Fireplace/Bonfire :
The cost of a Bonfire or using a Fireplace is INR 1000/hour.
A fireplace (if available) should not be used while sleeping at night. If you are using it in the evening, make sure the doors are open as there is the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Please ensure you extinguish the fire before sleeping. We recommend avoiding using the fireplace as much as you can.

Loss or Damage to the property:
Should The Property suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.
First-Aid:
There is a first-aid kit lying in the dining room or please ask the staff to provide it in case of need.
Disclaimer:
Guests attend this Facility at their own risk.
The Property, the Proprietor, its agent/s and/or its employee/s (“the Proprietor”) shall not be liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
Any damage suffered by way of personal injuries of any nature and severity whatsoever sustained whilst at The Property or whilst using any facilities, regardless of whether such injuries were caused by or resulted from gross negligence or a wrongful act of the owner and/or management and/or employees OR if the injuries were caused by malfunctioning of any apparatus and/or equipment and/or appliance, is hereby excluded and the owner
and/or management and/or employees of The Property is/are hereby expressly indemnified.







The use of all equipment and facilities is at your own risk. The owner and/or management of The Property, and/or anyone employed by the aforementioned persons and/or entities are hereby absolved of all and any responsibility relating to any injury, damage, illness or death whilst at The Property and whilst on the premises and/or using any of the facilities.
The said owner and/or management and/or employees are hereby indemnified against any loss or damage to the property and possessions including but not limited to data loss of a person whilst a guest at The Property. Regardless of the cause of such loss or damage, including but not limited to gross negligence or any wrongful act of the aforementioned owner and/or management and/or employees.
