Important Information:

A background check (no SSN required) is mandatory for all reservations. Please note that valet parking does not accept pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs.

To maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone, we require background and ID verification. Guests can choose between a refundable security deposit (a temporary hold on your card) or a non-refundable damage waiver.



Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years old. Any guests under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 or older.



Booking Notice: Please do not book if you are unwilling to complete the required background check information.



Noise Notice: This unit is located next to a bar, so some noise may be heard during operating hours.



Late Check-In Policy:

If you are arriving on Sunday and Monday after 11 PM, only the garage staff can give you the keys (not the concierge). The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning.

For a smooth and hassle-free check-in, we use a trusted platform called SuiteOp. You’ll receive a personalized link with simple, step-by-step instructions that guide you through the background check, the optional damage waiver, and the rest of the check-in process—making your arrival seamless and stress-free.



Concierge Hours: The concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, except on Sundays and Mondays. For arrivals after 11 PM on those days, check-in will be assisted by the garage staff. Please notify us of any late arrivals by 8 PM on your check-in day.

Property Access: Guests have full access to all building amenities.
