The space
Welcome to Mooskis — where rustic charm meets modern comfort, featuring three separate buildings on a secure, fenced-in acre of land. The 1st building is the main house equipped with a King Bed, an open loft above the living room with a full size bed, Full kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, 65 inch TV & 40 inch TV, & 2 gas fireplaces. The 2nd building is a private one bedroom Guest House ideal for those craving a touch of the outdoors — curl up by the wood-burning fireplace and maybe even put the finishing touches on that novel from your dedicated workspace. Featuring a Queen size bed along with a 50 inch TV. The 3rd building is the Wellness Center / Game Room that has a fully equipped gym containing a smith machine, Core machine, dumbbells, barbell, 2 benches, yoga mats, ankle weights, & jump ropes. Rejuvenate after a workout in the 3 person Infrared Sauna. Play your tunes or watch a game on the 75inch TV, Shoot a game on the slate Pool Table, or enjoy darts or ring toss with your favorite people.

Black Hawk is set an hour west of Denver, a perfect getaway trip without having to travel too far. The home is in an accessible neighborhood off the Highway, yet feels very secluded within the dense trees.

Savor your morning coffee on the deck or from your rocking chair where you’re bound to see some incredible wildlife. Embark on hikes just minutes away in the Golden Gate Canyon State Park, or unwind by the indoor fireplace. Under the stars, gather around the outdoor campfire, roasting marshmallows for a perfect ending to your adventurous day. The home's comfort and relaxation welcome families, friends, and even some pets.

Each room is thoughtfully designed with blackout curtains and brand-new luxury mattresses for a rejuvenating night's sleep. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, fireplaces, and heat radiant floors in the main bathroom.

The fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, equipped with baking sheets, crock pot, pots and pans, cutting boards, smoothie maker, espresso machine, and beer and wine glasses for every occasion.

Whether you're a rugged explorer, a young family looking to roam or planning a snowy mountain getaway for ski season, Mooskis has a little something for everyone. Come stay a while!

If you will be staying with us from November-April we require 4x4 or all-wheel drive for all of our guests.

PETS
Mooskis is dog friendly with a $60/dog fee with a max of 3 pets. Additional dogs may be approved on a case to case basis. NO CATS ALLOWED - Owner is severely allergic.

Pets must stay off the furniture for wear and tear. Dog bed is provided along with dog towels, toys, bowls, & blanket.

We do provide doggy bags to clean up after your pet so please pet parent responsibly!

AIRLINE TRAVEL
The nearest airport is Denver International. If you’re renting a car be sure you have a 4x4 or all-wheel drive for ease and ability from Nov-April.

WINTER GUESTS
* IMPORTANT * For the winter months (Nov-April) we require 4 wheel or all-wheel drive to access the home and mountain safely. The road is snowplowed by our team and maintained, please be aware of snow and weather for your expected dates.

There are 4 security cameras located on at the front door, on the deck by the main room, directly facing the hot-tub, & driveway.
