Entire home has been beautifully renovated and newly furnished!
Three bedrooms are located on the main floor, including an en suite bedroom with a walk in shower. Enjoy the spacious living room with an electric fireplace and 75" TV to stream your favorite TV show or movie. Another cozy lounge living area is located right off the kitchen with beautiful natural lighting!
Each bedroom and living/entertaining space has a TV for guest enjoyment.

Play a classic video game on one of our two arcade machines or a game of pool located in our finished basement hangout area! Another 75" TV is located here.

Brand new hot tub located in our spacious fully fenced in backyard!
Guests must also sign a liability waiver regarding hot tub use after booking confirmation. Failure to do so will result in delay in sending check in instructions.

Please Note: We require a 4-night minimum stay for guests residing within the local area. If you are a local resident and have questions regarding this policy, please send us an inquiry before booking.


EXTRA CHARGES
Any evidence of smoking in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $750 charge for extra cleaning entailed.

Unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $150+ charge.

Any evidence of parties or gatherings inside the house will be subject to a $1000 fee, plus any costs for damages caused by the unauthorized event/gathering.

A $200 fee for the loss of remotes to the TVs, fireplace, bar area and/or the keys to the hot tub cover.

Guests must sign a liability waiver regarding hot tub use after booking confirmation. Failure to do so will result in delay in sending check in instructions. Owner of home and host are not liable for guest use of the hot tub.

Please note hot tub is cleaned every week on Wednesday o Thursday in the afternoon. Cover the hot tub after you finish using it.

Supervision of all persons with health conditions, children, and pets is required at all times, no exceptions.

PET POLICY
$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
All pets must be kenneled and house trained.
All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home.
All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home.
All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding.
All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
