The whole studio condo unit is 27 square meter. It is a fully air conditioned unit and is equipped with kitchen tools where you can cook and dine. We offer also some chips and drinks for sale for you to grab.
Other things to note
* Absolutely NO smoking inside the unit and at the hallways.
* Please do not put the towels on the floor as bathroom floor mats.
* Please throw your toilet/tissue paper into the trash bin, not in the toilet to avoid clogging issue.
* If garbage bin is already full, kindly dispose the garbage bags, tie them and throw it near at the exit area and beside the stairs going down.
* Tidy up the kitchen after cooking. wash the dishes and utensils after use.
* Please switch off the lights, hot and cold shower and the air-condition once you leave the unit.

* AND Please be REMINDED that we will collect a 2,000php SECURITY DEPOSIT upon check in, it will return upon check out, if no damages in the unit.
