Grau & Weißes Refugium - Modern, Minimalistisch, Unvergesslich

Hi Bryan, thank you for letting me know about your experience. I’m sorry to hear that the arrival felt uncomfortable for you. The property does have a private rear entrance, which is why access is through the backyard, and the neighboring house is occupied, so it’s possible you saw neighbors in their home. That said, I completely understand that if you felt uneasy, leaving was the best decision for you. Unfortunately, because the reservation was active and the space was held for your stay, I’m unable to issue a refund under the booking policy. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to help however I can. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Debbie, I also want to note that no messages were sent to me regarding any concerns during your stay, so I didn’t have the opportunity to address or accommodate any issues. I always encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can make things right, and it’s unfortunate that wasn’t done in this case. We take feedback seriously and are always willing to assist, but we can only act on concerns that are communicated.
