The Space:

Step into this beautifully restored late 1800’s home, where historic detail meets modern comfort across an expansive 4,000 square feet. With four levels of living space, the property offers room for everyone to spread out while enjoying its elegant charm. This home is also enjoyed seasonally by the owners, so while it is thoughtfully prepared for guests, you may notice a few personal touches around the house.



The third floor features two bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with a queen, along with a full bathroom with a shower. On the fourth floor, you’ll find two additional queen bedrooms and a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The lower level is fully finished with a queen sleeper sofa and a rollaway bed, plus a full bath with a shower. A convenient half bath is located on the entry floor, providing comfort on every level. Altogether, the home accommodates up to 11 guests.

Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Damage related to pets is not covered un the waiver.
