This spacious home is perfect for families traveling together. With new wood floors & upgrades throughout, you will not be disappointed. The fully equipped kitchen and primary living area are located on the upper level. You will find everything you need to prepare a feast fit for a king, including Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, to prepare a tropical feast. An expansive kitchen island and pantry with espresso machine to make lattes and capuccinos, With seating for many, the home provides the perfect space to prepare and share the day’s meals. There are also two dining areas, one indoor & one out, to create the perfect outdoor setting for a family dinner or a romantic dining experience for 2.

Three suites have en suite bathrooms with luxury Saatva king-sizsed mattresses. The mountain-side suite boasts a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower with multiple rain heads. Amazing views of mountain fed waterfalls are seen through the sliding doors adjacent to the bed. The other suite has an incredible walk-in shower. This spacious suite also offers a private lanai with plenty of room to escape for a cup of coffee or to read or book away from the bustle of the rest of the home along. The whole house has a brand-new air conditioner system.

The house is also equipped with an outdoor hot water shower for your convenience when returning from the beach. There are many great spaces to lie & rest in the shade, or read a book in the custom banquettes. The home comes equipped with beach towels, a beach closet with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas & usually a boogie board or two.

The house is two blocks from Hanalei Town & a block and a half from famous Pine Trees beach. You can't beat Hanalei Bay with its relatively flat, hard sand that seems to stretch into the warm Pacific Ocean for miles. This beach is great for all ages including surfing for the beginner as well as the experienced surfer depending on where you surf in the bay.

**This home is in a residential neighborhood. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any loud noises or parties past 9:00 pm. If there are complaints regarding noise, you will be contacted immediately and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. After the second complaint, the security deposit will be forfeited and immediately evicted.
