6 bedrooms offering 9 beds total, accommodating 14 people total in beds
Beds include 3 California King beds, 2 full beds, and 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds total), so there's plenty of space for everyone!
Enjoy a beautiful sunrise, or sleep-in, thanks to room-darkening shades that close from the top or bottom to offer the utmost privacy and better room darkness for sleeping. Each bedroom has brand new sheets, mattresses, pillows and bedding.

BATHROOM
The 5 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer for your convenience. Each bathrooms comes with thick, luxurious bath towels and a hair dryer, plus privacy blinds that close from the top or bottom.

KITCHEN
Well-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight with Thermador refrigerator and dishwasher, beverage refrigerator, coffee maker, and a massive Italian 8 burner stovetop with a double oven. Stainless steel cookware. Spices, oils. Cuisinart food processor. Blender. We love to cook and have supplied this home with items we use.

DINING
Enjoy meals at the dining room table and the vast island offers additional seating, that is adorned with one, long single slab of local granite. An extra table just off the stairs in the lower level provides additional seating for meals (or games, or a puzzle!) if desired.

SOUND SYSTEM
Enjoy your favorites sounds (music, podcast, news, etc.!) from built-in stereo speakers throughout the shared spaces in the house - on the first floor, in the lower level entertainment room and more.

ENTERTAINMENT AREA
Snuggle around a sectional sofa there to watch a movie together. Play games or tackle a puzzle on the round, antique trestle table with stunning quarter sawn oak.

Main Level (1st floor): From the main entrance to the house - guests can access foyer, kitchen, dining room, great room, large patio facing the lake, BR #4 (full sized bed), BA #3, and laundry room.
Second Floor: BR #1 with ensuite BA #1, BR #2, BR #3, BA #2, and sitting area.
Lower Level: living room with large sectional and large TV, games/puzzles,
Lowest Level: accessible from lower level living room, or side entrance, or lakeside sliding doors. Family room. BA #5. [future plans to install a 2nd kitchen and an outdoor kitchen].

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Large patio from the main floor dining room - with a great view of the lake, sitting area and a gas grill.
From the lower level - walk out to a covered patio, or the yard and ... the LAKE! Upper Saranac Lake is one of the most sought after lakes in NY state, and in the Adirondacks.
