A warm, rustic farmhouse built for together time. Three comfy queen bedrooms plus a living-room pullout. Two full baths (one walk-in shower, one tub/shower). The hangout hub flows from the living room to an open games nook (foosball + darts) and a separate table-tennis room. Cook easy in the rustic kitchen, then step out to the string-lit patio and hot tub for starry-sky nights.

Entire farmhouse, patio, firepit, hot tub, games areas, and wide open outdoor space around the home. Pond area is great for strolls (light catch-and-release fishing if you bring gear). Barn/outbuilding areas are closed for now. Self check-in via keypad. Parking for 5+ cars.

We’re easy to reach and happy to help! Most messages get a reply within 30 minutes between 9am–11pm, and if anything urgent comes up after hours, we’ll do our best to jump in quickly. You’ll also get a handy digital guidebook with local tips and house how-to’s.

• Late checkouts without prior approval may incur an extra charge. We appreciate your understanding!

• Please do not get into the hot tub from the deck. Go around and use the steps from the ground

• Please do not use the dishwasher. It is currently out of order

• During the winter months, you may notice a slight reduction in water pressure, as the water is pumped from a well

• We love pets! (small fee applies)

• Daytime visitors are welcome

• Any additional overnight guests need approval (small fee)

• Firewood & propane are ready for cozy nights

• Country setting means fresh air, birds, and yes, a few bugs; plug-in bug zappers are provided

• In winter, paths can be slippery. Please be cautious

• Wi-Fi is strong enough to stream Netflix, YouTube, and more
• Please respect the wildlife on the property.
• Swimming in the pond is strictly prohibited.
• Parties are not allowed.
• While there are no official quiet hours, please do not make any excessive noise during the night.
• Kindly leave the farmhouse in a reasonable condition; excessive mess or damage will incur a fine.
• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, balconies, decks, or within 9 meters of the home. A $150 fine will be charged for any violations.

**Pet Guidelines**

• We love hosting your furry friends! But to keep our property clean and enjoyable for all guests (and wildlife), please pick up after your pets immediately — including in the yard, driveway, and any nearby trails!
