‘Golden Sunrise’ is a magnificent 3BR/3.5BA home nestled below majestic mountain views on a huge ¼ -acre lot in a private entry gated Rancho Mirage community. Giant backyard featuring a sparkling pool and elevated spa (heating optional), fire pit, and other features make this the perfect luxury desert retreat. Newly built in 2022 with all new everything. Entire home including two-car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Three Bedrooms are as follows: Primary Bedroom features a California King-sized bed, 42” Smart TV with DirectTV programming, a stationary exercise bike, and a private doorway to enter/exit the backyard pool area. The Primary also contains an ensuite bathroom with step-down glass walk-in shower and double vanity sink. Bedrooms #2 has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with step-down glass walk-in shower. Bedroom #3/Casita is an oversized room featuring a California King-sized bed, reading area, 50” Smart TV with DirectTV programming, a dedicated AC unit, and an ensuite bathroom with step-down glass walk-in shower. Additional half-bathroom is by the front door in the hallway. 10ft tall ceilings and electric window shades throughout the home.
‘Golden Sunrise’ showcases a beautiful pool/entertainment area features a large 6ft x 6ft spa, a huge chlorine-water 30ft long by 10ft wide by 5.5ft deep Pebble-Tec pool with tanning shelf and views of both the San Jacinto mountains and the Upper Desert, Weber propane BBQ grill, hot & cold outdoor shower, cornhole game, lounge chairs, and a gas fire pit with four chairs for ultimate comfort and entertaining. The living room multi-door sliders opens up to pool area patio. The pool runs East/West for full sunshine exposure.
Strong home wide wi-fi Spectrum internet package at up to 300mbps. The living room has luxury sofa, an enclosed gas fireplace operated by a switch, and a 75” SmartTV with DirectTV programming. The living room also has wide open views of the open kitchen/dining/pool areas.
Gourmet kitchen with large cooking island and gorgeous finishes open to your amazing backyard view. Amenities include a juicer, toaster, microwave, fridge, double oven, blender, air fryer, mixer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker with starter pods, warming drawer, and more. Pots, pans, glasses (wine, mugs, cups), plates, bowls, oven, stove, utensils, and silverware to handle up to six guests. All the fixings for your next delicious family meal. Dining table seats six. There is a lounge sofa sectional and a wet bar next to the kitchen as well.
Tucked in the community’s north west corner with no neighbors behind the property for ultimate privacy and quiet. Guests have full use of the home including the washer and dryer and garage. 32 Amp Tesla/electric car charger in the garage for guest use in garage. There are two different thermostats for AC and Heating. There are some board games to use as well.
Walking distance to Century Park (Tennis Court, Basketball, Grass Walking Area) and a short drive to Downtown Palm Springs; minutes from Mission Hills Golf Course and Country Club. About a mile from I-10 freeway, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three-and-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are typically available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay (check with the management company to confirm availability).
- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.
- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.
