This residence has been given the Hawaiian name "Wailea Kapili", which translates to "a Wailea Gathering." It is the perfect accommodation for gathering with friends and family to enjoy the beauty of Maui. This Ho\'olei Residence is a spacious 2,426 square foot three bedroom, three and half bath villa sleeps eight guests comfortably. The close proximity to the sprawling pool complex with a zero-entry pool, waterfall, hot tub, and dining pavilion; as well as a state-of-the-art fitness center makes this vacation residence highly desirable by discerning guests.
Elegantly appointed, this villa features an indoor-outdoor lifestyle with retractable sliding glass lanai doors that open to the kitchen and great room, allowing refreshing Maui-breezes to permeate throughout. You’ll spend your evenings watching the sunset from your upstairs lanai while cooking up the day’s catch on your Wolf gas grill and listening to the sounds of the waterfall below.
The gourmet chef’s kitchen has granite countertops, sub-zero refrigerator, and a Wolf five-burner gas cooktop. The kitchen island offers a dining area for six, while the lanai has an outdoor dining table with seating for six. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a 55†Samsung Smart TV, and a desk if you have to sneak in a bit of work.
All three bedrooms have blackout curtains so you can get plenty of beauty sleep before embarking on the day’s adventures. The master bedroom has a California king bed; 43†Samsung Smart TV with DVD player; walk-in closet; en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and soaking tub with a “fill from the ceiling†faucet.
A second downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed, 40†Samsung Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both downstairs bedrooms have mini-fridges for added convenience and share a second covered private lanai with a table, two chairs and two chaises - the perfect spot to read a book and drink your morning coffee.
