The Space:
This property features three separate condos, each thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped to feel like home. Every condo includes 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests per unit—for a total capacity of 24 guests across the entire building. All master bedrooms have a king bed with ensuite bathroom and the remaining bedrooms feature full size beds. Inside each home, you’ll find a full kitchen with modern appliances, a bright living room, in-unit laundry, and two private balconies—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening wine outdoors.
With a combined total of 12 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 3 parking spots, the property is ideal for larger groups who want to stay together while still enjoying privacy and space.
Please note that there are stairs required to get to every unit.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all three condos. Parking is available on-site for 3 cars, and you’ll be able to check in easily with our keyless entry system.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the home is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.
Cleaning and Sanitization: Rest assured, our home undergoes thorough cleaning and sanitization between guests. We prioritize your health and safety, providing a clean and comfortable environment for your stay.
Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $750 will be required before check in.
Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during your reservation. Tampering with these will result in a fine.
