A few important details:
Pool and spa heating is charged at an additional rate of $90 per reservation night up to a maximum of $500 per week. Spa-only heating is $45 per reservation night. Please note this represents the actual cost of heating given inflation and recent energy price increases - it is not something we profit from. Heating must be purchased for the entire trip or not at all; it cannot be heated for only certain days of your stay.
Both televisions are Smart TVs and have access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. Additional content may be purchased with your credit card through the iTunes or Amazon Prime stores. There is no cable TV or satellite package at this home.
Garden maintenance is conducted once a week and pool maintenance is conducted twice a week. We instruct our workers to always work as quickly as possible, but they do need to access the property regularly and just like with a hotel, this may occur during your stay. It is necessary to keep our property looking pristine and beautiful for you and other guests. We are unable to reschedule this regular maintenance around any particular group.
The City of Palm Springs has an extremely strict ordinance against amplified outdoor music at any vacation rental property within city limits. The exact text of this ordinance from the City is as follows:
Excessive noise (Palm Springs Municipal Code 5.25.070 (f)) and amplified music (Palm Springs Municipal Code 5.25.070(g)) is not allowed outside of the Vacation Rental unit. Music heard at the property line (including music coming from inside of the home) is a violation of the Vacation Rental Ordinance. Guests in violation of the code will be issued a fine in the amount of $500.00.
Should a noise citation pursuant to the above be issued to your group it will result in immediate eviction from the property, cancellation of your reservation with VRBO without refund (for failure to adhere to house rules), and a loss of your security deposit. The City of Palm Springs takes this noise ordinance extremely seriously, which means that we must as well. We are not trying to be heavy-handed; however, we lose our vacation rental license if there are three violations in a one year period.
