The Springs at Santa Rita is a sought-after location for renters because of all the amenities provided by Green Valley Recreation known as GVR. The Santa Rita Social Center, a 30,000 sq. ft. recreation center, is nestled in The Springs and offers a multitude of Green Valley Recreation (GVR) activities. The center includes a swimming pool and hot tub, fitness center, computer lab, clay studio, camera club, the Santa Rita Art League, and more. The championship Torres Blancas Golf Course lies directly east of our community.

As a renter in The Springs, you may enjoy the monthly potluck dinners, winter picnics in Perry Park, organized bicycle riding along the Anza trail, and monthly meet-n-greet afternoon parties. many clubs to join. Also, as a member of the GVR, you are able to visit and use any one of the other 12 GVR facilities in Green Valley. Tenants (Renters) are required to buy passes to use the GVR facilities and rates can be found on GVR’s website https://www.gvrec.org.

There is a 1.25 mile hiking trail which runs along the golf course with amazing views of the mountains.

The minimum stay is 30 days. At least one occupant must be 55+ years of age, we must have a signed landlord/tenant agreement on file, and the renters need to comply with our CC&R's and Bylaws.
