Looking for a charming oceanfront villa? Located in the center of Cabarete Bay, Olas de Oro is a premier vacation resort. This beautiful gated community offers private Villas and beachfront luxury Apartments.
Founded and developed in 1990 with a Caribbean style architecture, Olas de Oro is surrounded by a tropical natural garden and is strategically located 5-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and main attractions.
Beachfront and just a few steps from the best wind- and kitesurf spots, Olas de Oro is near the Cabarete festive vibe but far enough to enjoy a peaceful ambiance and relax!
THE VILLA
This Villa provides the ideal vacation experience! Situated in Olas de Oro, a beautiful residential project on the Cabarete bay, this property is full of fun details and luminous spaces. The lovely garden is visible from every corner of the house, due to its modern architecture, spreading summer vibes all over the place. The living room, the heart of the house, with its high ceilings, offers an incomparable comfy area, just steps away from the patio and the charming swimming pool. The bedrooms are both perfect for cool off and rest, with private bathrooms and a romantic style decoration full of wood and wicker details. In addition, the master room has a sliding door to its own separate patio. An open kitchen fully equipped with gas stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a âfamily friendlyâ breakfast bar & light-filled dining room, complete the functioning 1st. floor.
The inside stairs lead us to a mezzanine, ready to watch TV and feel at home. The 3rd bedroom can be accessed from the mezzanine as well as an independent outside entrance. Itâs balcony has an overview of the garden and the swimming pool. Itâs the perfect spot if you wish to be a slightly isolated from the rest of the house.
Note: The villa can be separated into only 2 bedrooms if you need smaller accommodation.
This Villa offers also, private parking, and a direct pathway to the beach. Walking distance to Cabarete main attractions.
