Awesome house at the end of a dead end road on a 6 acre lot with horse barn and pond. Lots of room inside and outside - Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.



Very quiet and peaceful setting.



You`re likely to see all kinds of wildlife including, deer, elk, foxes, squirrels, hawks, hummingbirds, owls and if you are really lucky you might see a moose.



Evergreen is great small town in the foothills outside of Denver. Lots of restaurants, public parks, a public lake, music.



Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with gigantic great room with 25 foot high ceilings and big, fully stocked kitchen with attached dining area.



3 bedrooms: Queen Bed / Full bed / two twin beds



Kitchen is fully stocked with Cuisinart Coffee maker, Vitamix Blender, 36` Monogram gas cooktop & gas oven, side by side refrigerator, Monogram dishwasher, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, etc.



There is a giant L-shaped couch in the great room.



65` TV ready to stream your favorite Netflix or Amazon Video accounts.



There is a desk with 27` iMac available for guest usage.



3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom (shower) on the main level. Great Room / Kitchen / Dining Area and all outdoor areas are open to guest access



Very quiet neighborhood, house is at the end of a dead end road and up a lengthy driveway. Lots of wildlife including elk, deer, fox and rabbits. Downtown Evergreen is vibrant with many restaurants, shops, recreation lake with paddle boards during the summer and ice skating during the winter.



9 min to downtown Evergreen

30 minutes to Red Rocks

53 minutes to Loveland Ski Area

45 minutes to Coors Field, Broncos stadium, NBA & NHL arena



Car required. Parking for up to 4 cars outside in paved driveway. 10 minutes to downtown Evergreen, 60 minutes from Denver International Airport, 20 minutes from I-70, 53 minutes to Loveland Ski Area, 30 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, 40 minutes to Coors Field, Ball Arena or Broncos Stadium



The house is at 8,000 feet. There is no A/C. A/C is not needed except for just a few days during the hottest summer nights. Most summer nights the evening temps will drop into the 50`s providing cool, humidity free sleeping conditions.



The WIFI is `mountain internet` - meaning it is adequate for Zoom calls and streaming of NetFlix & Amazon Video, however it can be spotty from time to time and is not the super fast speeds one can find in citiies.
