Description:
This three-bedroom/two-bath home is brushed in mountain decor, an ambiance familiar to long-time Sunriver visitors. The "Snowshoe Inn" is a comfortable, single-story home that features vaulted ceilings in the main great room area, a convenient kitchen with a full compliment of appliances and a welcoming arrangement of locale-themed bedrooms. Situated in the quieter North end of Sunriver, Snowshoe Inn is within walking distance of the Cottonwood North Store. Amenities on your private deck include a hot tub off the Primary Bedroom, seven deck chairs plus a four-person outdoor table, and a Propane BBQ (available before and after Winter Weather - typically late Spring to Early Fall).
For your indoor meal enjoyment, the dining table provides seating for six with room for three more at the island counter. The Living Room focal point is a river rock natural gas fireplace with a 52" Smart TV on the wall above the mantel.
For sleeping arrangements, the Primary Bedroom has a King bed and an En Suite. A second bedroom has a Queen bed and connects to the hall bath. The third bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk. Withe central A/C, a separate utility room with washer and dryer plus included Recreation (SHARC) passes, Snowshoe Inn provides a cozy, pleasant and well-situated living quarters for your Sunriver stay.

Open Concept Main Area:
The Living Dining and Kitchen all share the main area. The large Smart TV will entertain everyone while the gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance. The dining table has seating for 8 and 3 more can sit at that the island bar. The stove also sits on the island making for easy conversation while cooking.

Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom on the left down the hall is the Deschutes Room. It is the Primary bedroom and features a King bed, a snug corner with an easy chair and lamp for reading, a walk-in closet, a wall mounted Smart TV, and a private exit via a sliding glass door for direct access to the hot tub. The private En Suite includes a double-sink vanity and a 5' shower.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom, down the hall and to the right, is named the Mt. Bachelor Room. This bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, as well as an in-bedroom vanity with sink. The bedroom connects to the hall bath.

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom, named the Tack Room, has a Pyramid bunk bed (Twin over Full). There's a flatscreen TV with Blu-Ray/DVD player in the room, but the TV is not connected to the internet nor cable.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes which provide access to the following facilities: SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

Outdoor Activities:
Snowshoes and Cornhole are available for guest use. Guests use at their own risk.

*Please Note* All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

Pet Policy:
This home does not allow pets, and no exceptions will be made.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.
