Enjoy a coastal escape in this Mission Bay view townhome located in the heart of Crown Point, offering the perfect balance of beach access and bayfront tranquility. This 3-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 1,521 sq. ft. home features 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 double bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper, along with 2 full bathrooms. Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the home includes two private patios plus a 250 sq. ft. rooftop deck with panoramic bay views and a cozy fire pit. The open-concept main level features a beach-chic great room with a fireplace, comfortable seating, TV, a dining area for six, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar. The layout includes a main-level bedroom and bath, with two additional bedroom suites upstairs—one king suite with a private balcony and en-suite bath, and one queen suite with its own en-suite bath. Additional features include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable, full-size washer and dryer, in-unit garage parking, and premier linens throughout. Ideally located just steps to Sail Bay and a short walk to Mission Beach, you can enjoy biking, surfing, dining, nightlife, and endless coastal activities. Please note: no smoking, no parties, quiet hours enforced, and there are stairs throughout the home. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting .There is one garage space provided at this home - #4 in the parking garage, accessible from Riviera Drive with the garage door opener located in the kitchen, upon your arrival. Make sure you to enter the home via the front door and not the back door the kitchen; the given code will not work on that door. There is unlimited street parking

Nice place

Overall, a nice rental. Family room fireplace and rooftop patio/fireplace were very enjoyable. It was quiet and private and plenty of space for the 4 of us. My only feedback is that the carpet could use a deep cleaning (or replacement) but other than that, the property met our needs.

Revisiting home

My son and my daughters met up to stay in San Diego to take part in a memorial for a recently passed family member and we just needed a place to stay for everyone that was comfortable, near the beach, and had a large enough kitchen/living room area for at least 10 other people to come by after the memorial. This property was perfect the occasion and all of the guests loved the layout of the place.

great multi-family fun stay

Our kids really enjoyed the rooftop and the layout of the home worked for us. Not far from the beach, we actually walk it and go through the nice park. I love having access to a balcony each floors.

Great stay

Comfortable for 3 couples - 3 full bathrooms, 2 en-suite. Great location - close to little Italy and gas lamp and the beaches. It was raining during our stay and we loved having the indoor fireplace. The home was well prepared and cleaned for us. We had some trouble with the garage because the garage door was stuck that weekend. Thankfully there was parking spots close by. Would recommend this listing!

Large Quiet Townhome with a Nice Rooftop

The property was clean and had plenty of room for five adult women, with four of us sharing rooms. I used the washer-dryer, which was convenient, and we enjoyed using the fire place in the living room and fire pit on the rooftop, which gave us a gorgeous view of the sunset. Only one parking spot, but we had a second car and no trouble finding street parking in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is walkable to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops, very convenient.

Good stay.

The property was very clean and nice, but the dishwasher was broken our entire stay which was very inconvenient. Had trouble getting ahold of anyone when questions arose about checkout. Good location, a couple blocks from the bay, a little further to the beach. It is located on a very busy street.

Daughter visit

Over all if was a great place. Could use a deep clean. Fans were dirty floors were dirty windows and mirrors were dirty. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had basic things you need . The knifes were so dull though. Dangerously dull. I hope they fix that.

How it falls short

Loved the place. Wish it had tissue boxes, wish it had better pillows, and the flat sheets used to cover the mattresses in upstairs bedrooms were too small and didn’t keep its place. The kitchen kettle had rust inside. Also, there’s a hole in the tile in the masters bathroom. The valves for the shower is loose.

Great place, incompetent management

First of all, the place waa great, accurately described perfect for our vacation needs. A couple of small issues, there was no propane for the fireplace or bbq grill, kitchen trash sacks were not provided and the ice maker didn't work. After we checked out i realized I ieft an item behind, i contacted the management company and they said they would send someone ro retrieve it. They charge $25 for a "finders fee", Not only did I not get a call back, i called everyday for a week only to get the same response, that they are working on it.

Location okay- not close enough to the beach

We had a good time. We could not get the dishwasher to start. We tried to call about it but was put on hold and gave up. We hand washed the dishes. The refrigerator was small and the freezer tiny most shelves and ice maker was removed. Disappointed about the ice maker. FYI there are no staples in the kitchen. No coffee, oil or spices. Only salt and pepper. They did not even have scissors. Two tiny beach chairs. No blankets to use on the deck by the fire. For the price I expected more. I was very clean and large enough for us.

Ants and horrible local response!

Our first day we found a trail of ants leading into the master bedroom sink. We reported the problem and the next morning were told ant spray and ant bait traps were delivered. We had to deal with the problem ourselves. Not a big deal. Wednesday morning I realized I left the garage door remote in the car which is normally what I do but the key to get into the garage is attached to the remote so I couldn’t get into the garage to get the key, the remote, or my car. I texted to request help and got a quick response that the local team would be notified. After 2 hours I called to find out how long I should expect to wait. They said maybe 24 hours but maybe longer as there is not a specific response time. I told them that I can’t use my car so it’s pretty important. It took 36 hours for the local team to contact me. Totally unacceptable!!! I ended up knocking on neighbors doors until I found someone home. I didn’t want to bother them but I had no choice. We gave them Oreo ice cream sandwiches so everyone was happy. I made a mistake but a 36 hour response time was unacceptable. Other than that, the place was generally nice. The carpet was warm and needed replacing and there were only 5 spoons, teaspoons and soup spoons combined. There were plenty of forks and knives.
