We met family from out of state and the place gave us a lot of room to visit. It was nice to be able to walk out the back door to a beach. It was a lovely stay.

Nice property, but a lot of stairs to the unit. Beds are not very comfortable. It was an extremely hot weekend and not much of a breeze. No A/C but a few fans to help. We found out the bay and ocean was contaminated with a bad bacteria from a sewage spill from TJ that has been going on for months. No water play, which was the reason for picking this location. We had to drive North and pay for parking to enjoy the ocean safely. Not pleased we weren’t notified so we could have changed our plans. Check out water quality before your stay.

The view was amazing. I was so disappointed with the lingering smell of urine on the couch. I had to put a bunch of towels down just to mask the smell. I was also disgusted with the stain on the bedroom door that seems to be blood. I also had a hard time seeing the tv in the bedroom. Definitely need to upgrade a few things. Towels, Front Rug, Bedroom TV, and deep clean couches. For what I was charged it should have been a lot more clean.

Wonderful beachfront condo! We booked this stay to celebrate our daughter’s 40th birthday with her husband and two young children. There was plenty of room with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for all six of us to enjoy comfortably. My granddaughter really enjoyed playing on the Mission Bay beach directly in front of the condo We also went to the San Diego Zoo, which is less than a 20 minute drive away. Garage parking for two vehicles was included and much appreciated, as street parking in the area is quite limited. The condo itself was tidy and well equipped with everything we needed for the three nights we were there and the host checked in to make sure that was the case. I highly recommend this property for a family getaway.

Lovely views of the Bay. If wanting to see the ocean side it’s only a couple minutes walk.Location was fantastic for exploring the San Diego area! When traveling north to La Jolla or south to the zoo or SD, it was no traffic whatsoever. The other sides of the free were packed. I’m thinking the Mission Bay Area is a nice spot. Communication with the host was timely. We had a couple of minor questions which they responded to promptly.Thanks for a lovely stay!

Comfy condo with great views

Very comfortable condo right on the bay at the quieter end of Mission beach. Great views, plenty of space, comfy beds. Could have used a few more towels in the bath and kitchen but otherwise everything was to our liking.

Great quiet location with easy beach access. Management company responded fairly well. Had to replace remote batteries and fix bathroom so we could get hot water.

New easier locks and correct passwords/codes are needed. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Beach vacation

Very comfortable condo overlooking interesting bay with lots of activity in the area. Can walk to the ocean side in a few blocks. Great mattresses. Very clean. 1 neighbor in adjacent yard has 4 small barking dogs but otherwise perfect. We would come again. Beach chairs, towels and toys were a bonus.

Everything was perfect! This property is beyond 5-star's. My family and I enjoyed our stay here, we didn't want to leave. Communication was good, we had no issues at all. Convenient garage parking with no fee. They were stocked on towels, beach toys for kids, beach towels...etc... Overall we will be back again, we're just in love with this property.

Quiet Time on Mission Bay

This was the perfect place for me to vacation with my elderly mom and my brother. There were a few stairs up to the property but that worked okay. She enjoyed four days sitting on the balcony watching the boats, sunrise etc. The apartment is quite large and had spices, coffee filters, games and beach chairs. We liked being on the quietest part of the bay. Having two garage spaces is rare but oh so nice.

Excellent Condo Size & Location! The condo is a rental unit and it’s showing some wear & tear just needs some TLC & can use some fresh paint. The main bathroom had 3 out of 4 lightbulbs burned out w/ no replacements available, 2 of the 4 extra fans did not work properly & there was no iron available for us to use. There were however lots of beach toys & beach towels available for use so that was a huge plus! Having no tv’s in the 2 extra rooms was a bummer but the views took care of that concern.

Beautiful and comfortable

The place was clean. Beautiful views. The parking situation was not ideal given we have a truck. We were unable to fit in the underground parking which was extremely low entrance. Would be nice to get suggested options for those without a tiny car. The place had great amenities, the beach chairs and towels were great. Would be nice to have a few extra towels and perhaps saran wrap, baggies, tin foil....but not a big deal. Thank you!!

Beautiful views

The code to get into the front door was long and each time I made an error I had to start over which was difficult with a toddler lol. I connected with the “help team” to figure out the Wi-Fi and we were unsuccessful. Although YouTube was available on the tv we weren’t able to watch movies/shows. The location was very beautiful however I had a xl suv and it was too large to fit in the garage. I parked at the beach which is a half mile walk. The home/location is very beautiful but I don’t recommend if you have a large car and a toddler.

Great stay

Aside from couple of minor things, the stay was great. The check in process was smooth however the unit wasn’t labeled with the unit number, so we didn’t know which unit it was. After trial & error, we figured it out. Cleanliness- overall it was good, but there was a bath towel that had hair all over it. I emailed the property manager and he simple said that he would let the cleaning crew know. It want a huge deal because they have a washer dryer in the unit, so I washed the towels. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The view was fantastic and the unit was spacious. The location was walking distance to many restaurants. Overall we had a great time and would def go back! Thank you!!
