Together you`ll have 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 full kitchens and multiple living/dining areas - perfect for families or groups. Cool off in your private pool, rinse off at the outdoor shower, and keep things fresh with laundry on site. (Units A & B share downstairs laundry, Unit C has its own washer/dryer). Each unit has its own entrance and cozy style, giving everyone space to gather or spread out. Just steps from the beach with plenty of room for memories!

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Brooklyn on the Rocks beach house, which includes all 3 private units (A, B & C). This means full use of 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, multiple living areas, and all outdoor spaces. You`ll enjoy the private pool, outdoor shower, and patio areas. Laundry is available on site (Units A & B share downstairs laundry, Unit C has its own washer/dryer.). Parking is included.



I`m always just a call or text away if you need anything during your stay. While I may not be on site, I can quickly answer questions or arrange help if needed to make sure your visit is comfortable and stress-free.

Quiet hours: 10PM - 8AM - thank you for helping keep the space relaxing for all.

Please rinse off sand before entering the pool or units
