Meanwhile, the lower level offers a game room with a 50" TV, recently added, with a pool table and direct access to the hot tub overlooking the water.

Bring the boat! This home welcomes boat trailers or jet ski trailers with plenty of parking as well as a private boat ramp and dock! Plan ahead as lake levels fluctuate throughout the year due to weather, precipitation, and Tennessee Valley Authority power needs as well as other factors. Vacasa is not responsible for these lake conditions or their impact on stationary docks, floating docks, or recreational activities like swimming, boating, or fishing. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
