This little gem with a two week minimum stay is in Water’s Edge, and located close to pools, golf, recreation centers, and the very close and exciting NEW EASTPORT TOWN CENTER which is already starting to open and will continue throughout the year. Whether you’re in the mood for Golf, Pickleball, Swimming, Crafts, Dancing, Bocce Ball, Softball, Tennis, great Food, or one of the many classes or clubs offered in the Villages, you are bound to find something to keep you busy, meet new friends, and enjoy your stay! And if you are an outdoor enthusiast, you'll have easy access to walking paths, biking paths, and water activities to name a few, all bound to keep you moving and on track with a healthy lifestyle. Eastport is walkable, or take a short drive by golf cart to start your adventures.
Don’t forget to visit the additional hotspots The Villages has to offer in Middleton, Sawgrass, Brownwood, Sumter Landing, and Spanish Springs for additional dining, entertainment, shopping and special events. Recreation Centers (Waters Edge, Shady Brook and Saluki) are all close and a short walk or ride away. No Smoking: which includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping, illegal substances, etc. anywhere on property.
Pets: No pets permitted to stay or visit.
Temporary Resident IDs: Temporary IDs are included for one couple and will allow access to amenities such as recreation center activities, classes, pools and golf courses and must be on your person when visiting those locations. One free set provided per term. Requires additional information and 7-10 days processing.
Damage: Keep the property, all furnishings, and golf cart in good working order. If damage occurs during your stay, please contact the owner immediately.
Housekeeping: This is not set up with hotel style service. It is the responsibility of the Guest to do regular housecleaning and linen laundry during the rental period. If you would like to arrange for additional cleaning at your cost, we can put you in touch with recommended cleaners. Cleaning materials are in the villa for your use during your stay.
Starter Pack: Basics include 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 kitchen trash bags, 6 bathroom trash bags, 3 dishwasher pods, small dishwashing soap, 6 laundry detergent pods (for 2 large loads), bar hand soap
Risk of Loss Insurance: It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the tenants to obtain renters insurance for their personal belongings as the landlord's insurance will not cover a tenant's belongings. This property is privately owned, and the Owners/Landlords are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the rental period. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm that arises from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises. Renters that are on the rental agreement or their guests agree to hold harmless the Owner/Landlords for any accidents that might occur during their rental agreement. Ring camera is located near front entry. No subletting or commercial/business operations is permitted. A copy of government issued ID for each person residing at this rental property is due with lease. (ex Driver's license, passport). Lost keys, gate cards, remotes and garage door openers are replaced at the renter's expense and will be deducted at the current rate from the security deposit.
