Parking for 1 car is included, along with fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, in-unit laundry, and central air.



The Space:

Welcome to the **brand new 2025 redesign of our space**! We've replaced every piece of furniture, repainted every surface, upgraded our old appliances, and reconfigured the room layout for maximum sleep quality on the 2nd floor. Redesign for the 1st floor coming soon!



There are 8 bedrooms in total between the two units, with a maximum capacity of 16 guests. Each level has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a full kitchen.

✔ Public Transit/Downtown Access – We're adjacent to the Sheridan red line 'L' stop, so getting around the city couldn't be easier. Reach downtown in 16 minutes or head to O’Hare or Midway Airports with ease.

✔ Lakeview/Wrigleyville – One of Chicago’s hottest neighborhoods, packed with countless restaurants, places to shop, and nightlife.



⚪PARKING⚪

We have one parking spot located behind the building that you're welcome to use during your stay. If you need parking for more than one car, we recommend using a great service called SpotHero to easily reserve a nearby spot.



⚪PARTY POLICY⚪

We have a no-party policy and also request that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 8am out of respect for our neighbors.



⚪CHECK-OUT⚪

No extra chores on check-out! Unlike many other hosts, we won't ask you to wash the sheets, take out the trash, or mow the lawn. Check-out is at 11am.



⚪PLEASE NOTE⚪

1) The upper and lower levels are accessed via separate doors in the front building common-area entryway. There is an apartment in the basement level that will pass through the entryway to come and go. The upper and lower unit level doors lock and no one else will have access to either unit during your stay.



2) The building and units are adjacent to the "L" train tracks. This means you will hear train noise regularly in the space.



Guest Access:

You have private access to the first and second level units and the front garden unit in the basement. I live in the rear garden unit.

A: Excellent public transit directions from my place to any point in the city are available via web search. My place is adjacent to the Sheridan red line 'L' train stop. Search for “Sheridan red line stop Chicago” in Maps, click the “Directions” button, then enter your point of interest.

A: Check-in: Your reservation and access to the apartment both begin at 4 p.m. on your check-in date.

A: One parking spot directly behind the building is included for free with your stay.
