Step inside Tropical Palm Haven, a 4 bedroom, 2 bath retreat designed for relaxation and connection. Bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 additional queen beds and a bunk bed, providing plenty of space for families or groups.

The open concept kitchen offers everything needed for cooking and gathering: oven, stove, dishwasher, dinnerware, cooking basics, Keurig with free coffee pods, toaster, and wine glasses. A dining table for 6 and an island for 3 make meals together easy. The living room, stocked with books and magazines, centers around a Smart TV for cozy nights in. There is also a dedicated workspace available, perfect for remote work or study.

Outside, your private oasis awaits with a sparkling swimming pool, sun loungers, BBQ grill, and a covered patio with ample couches, a firepit, and cozy seating. Essentials like toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plus in-unit washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and stylish touches throughout ensure a stay that feels effortless and memorable.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and the private backyard retreat. Enjoy the sparkling pool, covered patio lounge, firepit, BBQ grill, and sun loungers all to yourselves. Parking is easy with space available in the driveway. In-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and streaming on the Smart TV are also included for your convenience.

No Smoking or Drugs
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use of any kind are strictly prohibited inside or anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, marijuana, and any other illegal substances.

Pets
• Pets are welcome with prior disclosure and approval. Additional charges will apply. Unauthorized pets will result in added fees.

No Parties or Events
• Parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted. Loud noise or music is also prohibited.

Furniture
• Guests are not allowed to move, rearrange, or remove any furniture from its original placement.

Reservation Dates
• Guests may not extend their stay beyond the reserved dates without prior approval.

Check-In Inspection
• Please inspect the property upon arrival and report any issues promptly. We take pride in maintaining a clean home, so notifying us of any missing, stained, or broken items is important.

Excessive Mess
• Excessive mess beyond the normal cleaning standard will result in additional cleaning charges. Cleaners may also charge extra for excessive dirt, stains, or spills requiring specialized care.

Late Check-Out
• Requests for late check-out must be made prior to the scheduled time. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional charges may apply.

Penalties
• A $1,000 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized parties, smoking, or drug use inside the home, in addition to cleaning fees and costs for damages.
