Enjoy a peaceful stylish stay at this renovated 2 bed 2 bath clean-air top floor corner unit condo in Gunbarrel, 10 min from downtown Boulder and the beginning of the Rockies. The space features gorgeous mature tree views from the living room and two bedrooms.
The master bedroom contains one new high end hybrid queen bed with a tall designer bureau with tons of storage and a big side end/work table and full length mirror. The room connects to a large walk-in closet with more room for gear and clothing which has the full master bath with shower privately tucked behind.
In the airy 2nd bed/office beautiful tree views and giant comfortable beanbag chair that converts to a hybrid memory foam futon and a desk that will give you peace of mind to work or lots of room for another couple or kids who have alot of gear. Another big closet in this bedroom. Next to that is the second full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Every room is newly renovated with beautiful plank flooring, fixtures, carpeting/rugs and appliances.
Additional space includes an open living room with a couch that comfortably sleeps an adult but is also great for lounging three people with a daybed and reading cubby and side table and lamp with lovely views to greenspace and trees. A second table that you can work from or dine on has an easy chair and a light for reading - pull up a second chair for a chat, a game or a meal.
The living room is a great place to spread out onto the sissal rug under the canopy of the big tree to relax and listen to the birds. Or go onto the balcony where the trees provide a private outdoor experience to have meals on the adorable cafe table or watch the sun set over the mountains or just breathe in the fresh mountain air.
The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and stylish new cabinets and countertops, and includes a double Dutch oven, dishwasher, huge sink, garbage disposal, kitchen island, fridge, freezer, and microwave, tons of storage, a dining nook that seats 4, which can also double as a fourth workstation in the apt.
Guests can relax in the tranquil atmosphere and take advantage of the entire condo property with beautiful landscaping and walks, a Gazebo, several big greenspace parks including the Twin Lakes directly adjacent with views of the Flatirons that connect to trails that go all the way to Boulder, a big jungle gym on grass, and basketball and tennis courts.
There is an adult bicycle with a helmet and lock for guest use. This child friendly unit also includes children's books and games. The apt is walking distance to an excellent grocery store, UPS, several restaurants and coffee shops, library, nail salon, massage studio, art center, brewery with garden, and a dispensary.
5G wireless internet throughout the apt will make work effortless. Central heating, good water pressure and hot water, and beautiful linens and towels, memory foam pillows, hairdryer, soaps and shampoos, and a fully outfitted kitchen with everything you need for your stay are available. Laundry is directly next door for max convenience. No hassle parking with an assigned spot and plenty of visitor parking in the back, and street parking out front. No traffic noise can be heard from the unit.
Jump on the diagonal highway and within minutes you are at Boulder's famous Pearl Street walking mall, the Shambala Center for meditation, live music venues and movie theaters, all variety of boutique and big name stores and grocery stores, the Dunshanbe Tea House, the farmer's market, the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art, the CU Boulder campus. Chautauqua Park and its dining hall and much more. Or go North just a few blocks to Niwot and explore the farmer's market there and the incredible quaint downtown with coffee shops, another grocery store, post office, and another brewery with garden. Go all the way to Longmont for giant retail shopping and lots of fast food choices.
