The space
This fully furnished apartment was just built in 2025. There are two separate bedrooms with a closet and dresser. The beds are top of the line queen size beds with comfy pillows & all linen included with new blankets.
The bathroom has a large shower area with new top end towels .
The living area is open concept with a full Kitchen all new appliances, the refrigerator has ice cold water including ice & freezer. The dishwasher is very quiet. The cooking stove has an air fryer option. The new kitchen cabinets are stocked with all utensils including pots and pans. A coffee maker, toaster and other gadgets provided.
The living room area has plenty of seating all new high end furniture.
There is a high top table under a gorgeous light to play games or eat at home or take out.
There is WIFI . A Flat screen TV on a moving wall mount to adjust where you want it to be. The new unit is very quiet. The air conditioner and heat wall unit is very quiet and works perfectly!
There is a washer and dryer closet in the common area.
The colors and decorations are very calming and relaxing.

The front of the home has a designated parking spot on the left. There is a separate entrance on the left side of the building that is the apartment entrance door . The entrance will lead you to steps entering the apartment.
