Welcome to Lei Lani “Escape” Unit 121– A beautifully updated, family-friendly corner condo with Gulf views, resort-style amenities, and a relaxed coastal vibe. This condo is perfectly situated in a calm and peaceful location for a comfortable and convenient beach escape. Unit is located close to popular restaurants, shopping, and fun activities! Enjoy the Lei Lani outdoor pool, nearby beach access with crosswalk, and peaceful views of Ole River right from the complex. It’s truly the best of both worlds! This condo is located just one mile from Flora-Bama. Family attractions nearby include Coastal Restaurant (3.4 miles), The Wharf (8 miles), The Hangout (9 miles), Waterville (10.4 miles), the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo (13 miles), and OWA Amusement Park and Foley Outlet Mall (15 miles). There are several great restaurants and local attractions close by. Enjoy a less crowded beach access point directly across from the unit. The unit sleeps up to four guests and is ideal for two adults and two children or up to four adults. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and two closets. The living room includes a queen-size memory foam sofa bed, new lighting, and updated furniture. The bathroom has been updated with fresh paint, new fixtures, hardware, and luxury vinyl flooring.Additional updates include dimmable lighting, new ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, fresh paint, new trim, and new flooring throughout the unit. The kitchen has been updated with modern dimmable lighting, new hardware, and luxury vinyl flooring. NO smoking OR Vaping policy-(not even on the balcony) NO pets. HOA strictly enforces this. NO parties or events. Property monitored by on-site COA. Violation of rules may result in $250 occupant fee. Parking pass is included and is provided at check-in. Please park in the designated parking lot only. Do not park under the building.
