Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
For our first time trying shared spaces. Over all, the pros; The room was in a nice home in a very quiet and decent housing development. The home was neat decorated in a minimalist style. The bed was very comfortable, pillows and bedding, and hot shower and bath water with soap provided. The kitchen/dining area was just right for cooking and dining and cleaning up had the minimal supplies needed. The sitting areas were very relaxing to watch T.V. and or just lounge. Common bathroom off living room was a convenience. The cons: Despite the plentiful signs with house rules, though our stay was short it was satisfactory sharing the common spaces. the concerns that impacted our decision to give a more favorable review are: The screen door to back patio was left open upon our arrival making it a security issue, and no seating set up. There was a smell of smoking upon arrival. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The kitchen counters, stove and microwave weren't wiped after use and dishes in sink. As the organizer of trip I found myself cleaning before and after kitchen use. The guest bath room off living room needed a waste basket and paper hand towels and deodorizer. During our stay we used the shared areas and cleaned up behind ourselves leaving stove, microwave, coffee pot, counters wiped and sink clean. Unfortunately cleaning after the other guest and their company before we could begin prepping and enjoying our use of the common space was challenging but we are thankful.
