Create your next beach memory in this luxurious oceanfront condo located on the fifth floor. This oceanfront condo is a great place to spend a relaxing vacation with friends and family. Enjoy a large private balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, a TV, a shared pool, and high-speed WiFi.

Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community.

Things to Know
Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court!
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There will be a lift located on the east side of the building. Expected completion is the end of summer 2025.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Late August through September there will be cranes and other work equipment around the building and in the parking area as the association completes some repairs on the buildings exterior. There will still be ample parking available

Great condo with excellent location

Great condo with beautiful views from balcony and inside condo. We used the heated pool everyday and our kids loved it. Very easy walk to both pool and beach. Convenient as well if you want to eat or shop at the Omni resort area. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a peaceful, quiet vacation spot with an outstanding view! I would book this again.

Great location, incredible view in a secluded part of the island. Close to beach, great kitchen, it has everything. Could use some upgrades but still fantastic. Would rent again.

Beautiful space unit!

Spacious beautiful condo with full views of the ocean from every room! Sunrises in the morning as you wake up and sunsets at the back of the complex. The pool is heated so even on the cool 50-60 degree days you can take a swim. If you’re a tennis or pickleball fan, the court is an easy 3 minute walk from the complex. We would definitely rent again!

Spring Beach Get-Away

Peaceful, beachfront unit on 5th Floor of Turtle Dunes building. Lots of space to spread out for family of four with beautiful views from the covered corner balcony. Easy walk to the beach and community pool. Bathrooms in the unit are a little 'dated' and could use a refresh, but are clean and functional.

Excellent Turtle Dunes location. Easy Beach access and beautiful ocean views. Nicely furnished balconies for morning coffee or evening cocktail overlooking the beach. Unit is very clean and as advertised. Easy check-in process. We picked up our car pass at the guard gate. We received the condo lock code prior to our arrival. Overall a great trip!

There were a few discrepancies with the unit. Tub could not hold water. Inside door lock cover kept falling off. Master bedroom needs darkening shades. Master bedroom sliding glass door needs replacement. Handle also a little loose. Too man to turn down the linens remove the linings that we slept on and to turn in a pass that we did not have we would be charged 100 we didn't turn them in and we did not have a pool pass or a parking pass very confusing very frustrating and very pressured check outy check out instructions. The only draw backs were that We arrived about 30 minutes prior to 4pm check-in and weren't allowed entrance until 3:52pm. And there was really no reason for it. Then there was both dark and the pink mold growing in the master shower. I know you charge what you can for these units, but I think I overpaid. I will not leave a bad review online, but I will not recommend this unit and will think twice about staying at Turtle Dunes again in general.

Hated fabric headboard as it messed with allergies. Rusted table and chairs on balconies. Bar of soap left in shower and toothpaste drippings on the bathroom cabinet. Wonderful space. No kitchen linens. Strange bathroom space in the build. Good placement of the bedrooms. We love this condo group and area. We had a fantastic stay, but there were things that could be better at this specific condo. Needed some extra attention and maintenance. One of the toilets didn’t want to stop running and you had to mess with the handle.
