One driveway covered parking spot in front of garage. Free Street parking is available. Please note the City does not permit RVs, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles to park in the driveway or on the street.
● Beach Access:
The home is a short drive (or a 4 block walk) to the Seawall and Galveston’s beaches.
● Climate:
Galveston is humid and coastal—central air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided for your comfort in the main house. Cottage has a wall AC unit and fans.
● Pets:
We allow up to 2 adult dogs for $50 per night (no puppies). We don't accept any other animal type. Please be good pet parents and clean up after your pet. Any damage or waste left by your pet will result in an extra charge of $125 (minimum).
● Safety Features:
The two homes are equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
