Great property, that is close to everything in downtown Georgetown. The house is updated, very clean, with comfortable beds! We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked very clean and inviting!! Messaging with our host was very easy also!

The house was perfect for our ladies getaway. Close enough to walk to the Square and tons of dining options nearby. The house is extremely cute little remodel that wasn’t overdone. It still has its original charm and modern conveniences.

David was very quick to respond to any questions . We loved having so much space for our group. We also loved the decor. There were plenty of towels and the showers had excellent water pressure. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated a TV in every bedroom. The location close to the square. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Georgetown.

We came into town to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. The home was perfect for my sons, my aunt, and me & hubby. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We did not use the hot tub but it was nice to know it was there and hot tub towels were also provided. The decor was also done so beautifully! Coffee on the porch in the morning was wonderful and it was nice to see all of the friendly neighbors walking by with their kids and their dogs. A short walk and we could get where we needed to go. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The hosts were extremely responsive and the listing was exactly as described. We will stay again!

Great house! I loved that the king bedroom suite was tucked in the back of the house separate from the rest. Made it very quiet. You could easily have 2 families stay and have separate areas. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding.

Our 2nd stay in this great home. Interiors are modern and updated, and great single level layout. Kitchen well equipped and complimentary snacks/goodies. Loved the updated back yard area with hot tub, decorative lights and table/seating. The management co went above and beyond to accommodate a request for our group. Quiet location 2 doors from a wonderful local italian restaurant is huge plus. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful with the exception of lighting in the living area and bathrooms. Also, the ice maker did not work. When that problem was reported, someone brought us a bag of ice.
