Transit / Getting Around — Coastal Cottage (Central Corpus Christi)
Driving is the easiest way to explore Corpus Christi. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and local taxis are readily available. The CCRTA bus network serves the area—use the Trip Planner for nearby stops and schedules. Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP) is about 15–20 minutes by car. Expect 10–15 minutes to the Bayfront/Downtown, ~12 minutes to TAMU-CC, and 20–30 minutes to North Padre / Whitecap Beach. Port Aransas is typically 35–55 minutes and reached via the free car ferry (wait times vary on holidays).

Parking: Driveway plus street parking where permitted; please obey posted signs and neighborhood quiet hours. If you plan to bring an oversized vehicle or trailer, request approval in advance so we can confirm fit and local guidelines.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. If smoking outside, please dispose of waste responsibly.

PARKING
Driveway parking is available outside the gate for up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is usually available in front of the home.

OUTDOOR / GARAGE ACCESS
The garage and gated driveway area are not included with guest access. Please keep the gate closed and park only in the driveway area outside the gate or on the street.

WINDOWS
The windows are secured and not intended to be opened. The home has central air conditioning and heating for comfort.

KITCHEN ITEMS
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen supplies provided during their stay. Please leave cookware, utensils, coffee items, oils/spices, and other house supplies in the home for future guests.
