Cozy Rustic Cabin in Rutland. Hot tub, pool in summer, mountain views!

Hi, We are sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. We clean and sanitize the cabin in between uses thoroughly. However, it is rustic and sometimes old wood doesn’t look as shiny as newer materials. As to the stairs, we mention in the listing that they are steep and to use your best judgment on whether they will be a problem for you. we try to give an accurate description and do our best to exceed expectations. It is a cabin and will always have rustic qualities that we make cozy for guests looking for that experience. As to the spider web issue, we went out to the cabin this morning to look and didn’t see any. A cobweb behind a pipe was all we found. Regardless, we will do a better job on that score.
