The location was perfect for our needs. Kids and adults both enjoyed being right on the beach. Check in was easy. The kitchen had what we needed. One of the bedrooms can only be accessed through the other bedrooms, but we made it work.

Location of the property is amazing. Little market and deli a short walk from the house. We enjoyed the sunset from the second floor deck, and the next night sat by the fire pit.

This is my third time renting this house and it was once again great. Place was clean, with lots of towels supplied, outdoor area was perfect with a nice BBQ and fire pit. A few people who came for the day asked about maybe renting it. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to wake up right on the beach. During my stay this time, we saw whales, dolphins, and seals.

We had a wonderful time at this beach rental, the weather was fantastic, surf spot right outside, and lots of beachcombing for rocks. The place is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The back bedroom is a little noisy from walkers passing by. Otherwise, highly recommend :)

Beach house is clean, great location and access to the beach is excellent. We discovered the propane tanks to the gas bbq were near empty but a quick message to property management delivered a full one in timely manner. The twins bedroom is sandwiched between the other two bedrooms which was odd but would work for a family. All said we had a nice time.

Great vacation
This house suited the needs of our family of four very well. There is no private parking space but we always found a place right out the backdoor to park. Our stay was only a couple of months after the big storms that battered the coastline here so the beach wasn't quite as pristine as usual. The big bummer was that we did not have beach access from the patio due to ordinances from the local authorities. The concern being that the rock wall is unstable. It looked far from unstable to us. This wasn't the property manager's fault. However, it did impinge on the vacation experience not to be able to walk out to the beach as we had planned. The management company in general was a dream to work with and was incredibly helpful and responsive, really great. Unfortunately, the house next door was under construction for a lot of the week, which made being on the patio not very peaceful. The views are incredible, the kitchen well appointed and the location was good for us. Overall a very nice stay.

This is our 6th year staying at 272 Beach Dr. The house could really use a good deep cleaning. We do appreciate all the upgrades the homeowners have done over the years. Enjoyed walking down to Venus Spirits for cocktails and appetizers.

We have rented this house for the last 6 years. This is one of the best locations, however the house needs a major deep clean. We have always used their linen service, however the quality of linen is subpar. Next year we are bringing our own. The house was fully stocked with household items except toilet paper.

We have rented this unit for the last 5 years. Some great upgrades have been done over the years. The most recent was new deck railing, lounge chairs, patio furniture and storm shutters. Bailey property manager was quick to resolve the lack of hot water.

Beach Dr. In Aptos is less than 2 hours drive. The unit we stayed in was well equipped and was perfect for us. The view of Monterey Bay is literally feet away from the back door.

The only drawback to the experience was the fact that the owner has placed barriers and chains along three sides of the back porch, which is off-putting and a visual distraction. If you want an unimpeded view, stay elsewhere.
