Nach einem langen Tag am Strand, kommen Sie nach Hause und duschen Sie in der großen, luxuriösen brandneuen Dusche. Sie können die Stelle nicht schlagen, die gerade vor Ihrer Hintertür gehen kann, um Ihre Zehen in den Sand zu setzen. Genießen!

The location was perfect for our needs. Kids and adults both enjoyed being right on the beach. Check in was easy. The kitchen had what we needed. One of the bedrooms can only be accessed through the other bedrooms, but we made it work.

Place was clean, with lots of towels supplied, outdoor area was perfect with a nice BBQ and fire pit. A few people who came for the day asked about maybe renting it. Highly recommend to anyone who likes to wake up right on the beach. During my stay this time, we saw whales, dolphins, and seals.

Beautiful get away for two

Location of the property is amazing. Little market and deli a short walk from the house. We enjoyed the sunset from the second floor deck, and the next night sat by the fire pit.

Great vacation

This house suited the needs of our family of four very well. There is no private parking space but we always found a place right out the backdoor to park. Our stay was only a couple of months after the big storms that battered the coastline here so the beach wasn't quite as pristine as usual. The big bummer was that we did not have beach access from the patio due to ordinances from the local authorities. The concern being that the rock wall is unstable. It looked far from unstable to us. This wasn't the property manager's fault. However, it did impinge on the vacation experience not to be able to walk out to the beach as we had planned. The management company in general was a dream to work with and was incredibly helpful and responsive, really great. Unfortunately, the house next door was under construction for a lot of the week, which made being on the patio not very peaceful. The views are incredible, the kitchen well appointed and the location was good for us. Overall a very nice stay.

Aptos beach apartment

Although this place was on the beach, it was the main walkway for people, so a lot of foot traffic. Bedroom situation was not ideal as all bedrooms were connected and center room had to walk through one of the other bedrooms to exit or use bathroom. Bedding was not clean. Blood on one of the pillows.

Susan, We are apologize for your concerns with the bedding. The owner had just purchased new mattresses and pillows for all bedrooms in October. Housekeeping must have missed something. In the future, please contact Bailey Property Management with any concerns with your stay and we will take immediate actions to correct. The homeowners are planning to expand the roof top deck to a full 900 square foot outdoor living space with sofas and chairs, a dining area, and fire pit. This will provide a nice cozy space away from the patio pedestrian traffic.
