The Space:

Welcome to Camelot by the Ocean, an oceanfront paradise in Corolla. This recently updated home now sleeps up to 23 guests and has undergone a series of interior, operational, and outdoor enhancements designed to improve comfort, expand sleeping capacity, and modernize. From top to bottom, Camelot sparkles with coastal charm and offers a luxurious experience for families or multi-group stays.



Start your morning with coffee in the great room or on the deck, taking in panoramic ocean views. The kitchen is fully stocked for the chef in your group, featuring double ovens, a gas stove, beverage fridge, and a full coffee bar with Keurig and French press. The top-level living areas have been refreshed with new furniture, décor, and seating, creating a bright, inviting space to gather, relax, or enjoy a quiet moment with a book. The top-level master suite has been upgraded to enhance comfort and sleeping capacity. It now accommodates up to 5 guests, with a king bed, a twin bed, and a kids’ nook with a private full bath that features a jetted tub rounds out this level. New seating, carpet, and decorative accents create a cozy and visually appealing retreat.



Head downstairs where refreshed furnishings and new entertainment features, including a poker table, chess table, and decorative touches, make the living areas more engaging for your group. Bedrooms have been updated to ensure a comfortable stay. There are 2 king bedrooms with private ensuite full baths and deck accesses, and another king bedroom with a private ensuite full bath. An additional king bedroom, as well as a bunk bedroom, have access to the shared hall full bath. There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer available on this level. Lastly, there is a bonus living area/den that you can cozy up in if you need a quiet escape.



The competitors of your group should head down to the ground level, where they will find games galore. Challenge each other to a round of pool, foosball, pingpong, poker, or karaoke! Movie fanatics will enjoy the theater with surround sound system, ensuring a lack of distractions and an immersive movie experience. There are two more bedrooms on this level - a queen room with 2 queens, and another bunk room.



The fun isn't just indoors, though. Outside, there is a hot tub and private heated pool - pool heat available for $75/night or $500/week and must be by advance request. If requested, it must be turned on the entirety of your stay. Several upgrades have been completed to improve outdoor usability and curb appeal, including a covered porch and pool area featuring a new outdoor dining table for 10 guests and decorative aesthetic lighting. Indulge in the ultimate relaxation of soaking in the 2nd hot tub, made even better with ocean views. There is a private dune walkover that connects directly to the house and offers the easiest beach access of your life. There are many perfect spots to work on your suntan (or take a break in the shade) with Adirondack chairs and a variety of furniture. An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortably sand free during your stay.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November and heat is available by advance request**



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
